JOB TITLE: Human Resources Manager
REPORTS TO: President
SALARY: Based on experience
SUMMARY
Human Resources is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to the organization's personnel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage staffing process (recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding)
- Payroll
- Benefits Administration
- Ensure legal compliance (Local/State/Federal, Workers Compensation, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), etc.)
- Maintain company/employee records and files.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Reporting onsite and to corporate offices
- Organizational Announcements and Communications
- Organizational Event Coordinator
- Support in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
- Monthly commissions
- Enter weekly 401k & 401k match.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speak, Read, and Write
- Microsoft Office-Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Detail Oriented
- Proactive
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Work independently and as a team
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills to listen and respond to employee issues with confidentiality
- Ability to build and nurture positive work environment
- Experience in educating and coaching staff (preferred)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree or higher (Required)
- Previous Human Resources experience. (Required)
